Rogoznica

Rogoznica is a town 36 kilometers away from Šibenik and is the southernmost point of Šibenik-Knin County. This fishing village is very pleasant for holidaying, and is well-known for it's dense pine forests and promenade "Lungo mare".

Rogoznica has many good restaurants and bars within 10-15 minutes walk along the shoreline and there is also one of the best and most opulent marinas on the Croatian coast. Marina Frapa is open to the public and provides not only the essentials for the sailor, but also a leisure complex with restaurants, bars, shops, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, squash, a night club and other facilities at a reasonable cost. The Aerora nightclub (probably the best in Dalmatia) is approx. 10 minutes drive away.

30 mins drive door to door from Split airport makes Rogoznica ideal for those not wishing to spend too long in the car or for those who have limited time. The old town of Sibenik is 30 mins drive away North of the town and Split itself approx 1 hour to the South. Other beautiful old towns such as Trogir and Primosten are an easy 15-20 mins drive away in both directions.
