Due in part to their history which includes Greek, Roman, French and Venetian occupation their approach to tourism is hugely cosmopolitan and Croatians take enormous care to preserve the essence of their natural unspoilt surroundings.

Holidaying is easy in this country where the majority of people involved in this most important of industries speak English with fluency and have a genuine desire to please.
